| Username | Account identification | Allowed characters and length |

What the login identification field is asking for
The visible okbd-related page does not have the same language for login identification: sometimes it shows username or email, sometimes username or mobile, and again sometimes mentions the registered phone number. So, do not hold a permanent rule for one identification; read the current field's labels and examples. Check if the type of identification you used during registration is being accepted by the login field.
If the label asks for mobile, check the format of the country code or starting digits of the number. If it asks for email, compare the spelling and domain part. If it asks for a username, check if there are any extra spaces. If login fails repeatedly, instead of guessing and changing the identification, follow the recovery path below.
Password recovery and OTP path
In the recovery section, first read what the current page shows as the verification medium: SMS, email, or another method. Provide the correct information of the registered medium in the identification field and check the waiting instructions if a code is requested. OTP is personal; do not send it to anyone on this site, via email, or to others. When you reach the field to enter a new password, check if the same text has been entered twice.
Issues like not receiving the code, expiration, or re-requesting have not been elaborated on this page. Complete the necessary actions according to the signs. Solutions for OTP and login issues It is included.

Even if the names of bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are seen on the okbd-related page, this site does not guarantee their current support or timing.
